There,s rumours of a new winter soccer club in Surrey in the Newton/Whalley area .
There,s already 4 clubs in the area and this would take the number of clubs in Surrey to 5 .

The requirements must be pretty tough to set up a new club.

Requirements to set up a new club? No requirements. Register as an NFP, organize a board, apply for BCSA/district membership, start registrations for players, then select club colours/crest, order kit and reserve training spaces and there you go, Bob's your uncle.
