Well, I think I can be critical, and do so without being damaging.

I don't think he's a bad guy, but I also don't think he was a good enough ref to be in charge of Men's league matches, for reasons stated.

And, I think even a mumble that he's racist is ridiculous. No way I've seen any evidence of that.

Same guy, Polska. I had no idea he coached that high a level in Baseball. Must be a pretty good coach (and, being fired as a coach doesn't mean you are a bad coach, they all get fired, eventually). Maybe that's his calling, who knows.

I dont think there are many high school teams that carry 4th string goalkeepers. If the guy is so easy to pile on maybe at least operate in the realm of the truth.

They play in final this weekend and for them the game doesnt matter in the standings.

i assume that is why they are forfeiting,

For the record.... No threats made against the ref nor would that be tolerated by the club. The supporters were calling him urkel and heckling him for his bad calls. He knew he was gonna get heckled by the sideline as he left the pitch and the supporters have Evey right to tell him he ruined a great game. No supporter of temple was going to touch him... We ain't 20 yr olds. Whistle blower went to see him and he needed someone to hold his hand and give him a pat on the back for ruining the game for ND and Temple.

ND and Temple did not deserve a shite ref to be out there. Martin should have been in the middle of the park and this guy should have gone back to his shrink to talk about his issues. I think he was bullied as a kid and he lashes out trying to exert his authority.

No he isn't a racist. That's stupid talk.

As for hard Ballz...enuff said.

First of all, my perspective of Kyle has been shaped as him as a ref in games I’ve played in over many years.

Biggest shite shows were masters or Div. 1. In my short Premier spell, I think we as a group were actually very disciplined so far as managing the official. Or, allowing other teams to become unhinged was more like it. All but Utah, that is.

If I am being fair to Kyle, he was good in games where he simply had to make decisions, but as soon as it got “hot”, he lost his cool, and the games would become out of control. That’s why I don’t think he’s a great official, it’s the inability to handle the heat under the collar.

Safe to say, masters is different, and the guy in the middle has to be capable of managing 22 type A personalities, and in the case of SFC, a whole sideline of verbal- and yes, intimidating- supporters.

So, in one of my earlier posts, I stated this doesn’t all add up. It’s starting to, for me.

Nobody, not even the shittiest ref in the league, abandons a match for nothing. There must be a reason. The fact so many of you have stated there was no reason tells me there was a reason. WB did state he heard no threats in escorting him off. I believe that to be true, mostly because who would be stupid enough to threaten an official w/ WB escorting him off?

Big T, you know I have nothing but the utmost respect for you, but can you honestly say your sideline / supporters weren’t being intimidating? Honestly? And, in the course of the game, as Kyle made bad decision after bad decision, was he ever approached by a mob of players? Was he ever surrounded by Delta’s crew, for that matter? See, they don’t have to touch him, or even swear at him to be deemed as threatening.

Again, I’m not here defending Kyle's match- didn’t see it, but by all account, he had a nightmare. But it still doesn’t add up that he abandoned for no reason. Doesn’t make sense. Is it possible that after finally asking the supporters to leave the pitch, and they didn’t, he’d felt he’d had enough, and felt threatened enough by the situation to abandon?

Just throwing it out there. I can’t see Kyle abandoning for no reason. I still don’t think he should be officiating men’s matches (maybe prem, maybe U21, that’s it though). Never seemed to have the right temperament. In masters especially, we are all idiots, and our own worst enemies when it comes to officials. Takes a special breed. I know a lot of guys can’t stand Pinter, but I found his personality was excellent for Masters, cause he simply never bit, didn’t give a shite what we thought.

shite ton of games for them in last few weeks. I'd guess nobody is healthy enough to play. They're old as dirt

I agree Andy has the right personality for masters, the majority of refs we had this year have been good to be fair.

Just got word that the game is to be continued and finished from where it left off. Same referee crew to finish the game off

Now that says to me the league finally understands how ridiculous of a reason it was to abandon the game if they are making the same referee crew finish it off.

In other words @Dude, you can see Kyle abandoned it for no reason. Actually i wouldnt say no reason, most likely due to his self esteem issues.

Guess my facts were correct, no other story to it

LOL, whatever.

The league had no other option. Replay is unfair. It's a Cup so there must be a result, otherwise it'd go down as a draw final result.

You are full of shite it you believe your sideline and your (collective) conduct as supporters didn't intimidate him. Or maybe players on the pitch as well. I see everyone here putting up there hands, "Wasn't me!"

Bull. shite.

I'm not part of that sidelines, im friends with both these teams but regardless only "sheep" get intimidated. Need thick skin, a set of balls and competence to be a ref, he, unfortunately, has none of the above.
