Easy wins for the Dragons and Delta United.

After conceding 12 goals in the last 2 games,the Dragons must be looking foreward to this one,with the heavy lads not getting much playing time.

Don't be surprised to see Kuschy wearing a Castilian shirt within 2 years,reviving the partnership with Slater from the SFU days.

Delta quietly moving up the table with a comfortable win over Aldergrove.

I agree with this quote. Also heard that the only way Kusch would EVER go to Poco was if Slater wasn't there! But in saying all of this JTL still has the upper hand as he is a part of Poco, he won't be leaving anytime soon and they are a better team than the Dragons!!! As for Bored he doesn't really like the limelight anyways, as long as he gets his minutes on the field he is happy! A happy Bored = a happy Jack the Lad!!

Poco Dominion 2, LUFC Ballsacks 1.

Decent game, actually. Both teams played hard and moved the ball pretty well. I think Poco had the better of the chances on the night - particularly in the first half - and I felt were deserving of the win, although Langley did push back in the second half somewhat.

Well officiated game by Mark Thomas as well. It's nice to have the old warrior in the middle of the park.

ND Alumni are a good side and should be higher in the standings,they gave us a run for our money.

HAVE A COUPLE Of BIG LADS,they knock it out wide,switch the play nicely,and knock the ball into the middle.
