MLS deposit window opened again today... put down a deposit on a pair. Any news of the season ticket price structures for next season?

I'd imagine they'll be similar to TFC and the Sounders, start at about $400 and go up from there

Got season tickets to the Lions this year with five of the boys...Can't wait, first time getting season tickets but we should see all the elements that an outdoor stadium has to hold. Go Lions Go!

Great - it'll be just like the old Empire stadium where you get a cheap seat and find out you're stuck behind a post...

I hate to beat a dead horse but hasn't Vancouver learnt from Toronto's mistake ?? Field turf over grass ??

The Real Madrid's, Manchester United's & Chelsea's of the world will all lineup to play friendlies here

Re: Temporary Home for Leos and Caps

No, they will not be playing there, in fact the caps will likely only get a handful of games in at Empire before they move to BC Place... and there is where we should be talking about grass > turf... especially when one of the tenants wishes for grass over turf to lure the big names in...

although Seattle has had some teams in on the turf, and have brought in grass too...

First game at Empire Field this weekend as the Lions play the Esks in CFL preseason action...

I gotta say, it looks pretty impressive, especially when you take into account how quickly they got it all up.

Vancouver should bid on the WC and just build 10 of these around the lower mainland - massive!

:D

going to be sweet! One of the Southsiders was at the open house as he is also a Leo's ST holder, and a guy there mentioned to him that BC Place likely wouldn't be done at the time initially thought and WFC could be playing their entire 2011 MLS Season there afterall! that's going to be awesome!

When are the Caps gonna get their first game at Empire? The place looks awesome, should really get something going to keep it there for good.

Okay we are all waiting anxiously for the bad news? This sounds and looks far too good for the no fun zone of Vancouver British Columbia.
