Here's Div1 based on the same formula...the postponed Whalley vs. Tsawwassen game messes things up a bit...

It is a spreadsheet kjohnsob and I made to translate the table into a power ranking based on Bonefish's system for the VMSL Power Ranking.

I would imagine Wins might have something to do with it....

Sure, bonefish himself laid it out in the VMSL Forum.
30 points - League Table Position
Wins x 2
Goals For divided by 2
Goal Differential
Points for wins & draws
add all values together for a rankings number.

PowerScore Div: 30 minus your Div Rank.
PowerScore Wins: Your total number of Wins multiplied by 2
PowerScore G.F.: Your Goals For total divided 2
PowerScore G.D.: is equal to your Goal Differential
The overall power ranking is a sum of the above items plus your league Points.

I was just thinking tonight about changing(lowering) the weighting for Division Rank as that is one of the gaps I was trying to close in having a combined ranking for all of Div2...hmm...

Think I found it....

+30 (or is it 29?)
2 x 2 = +4
3 / 2 = +1.5
+2
6
Total : 43.5 ?

30-1 + 4 + 1.5 + 2 + 6 = 42.5

A new week and my fan club has requested an updated posting of the Div1 power rankings, I dont think there are many surprises.

ACBC Running away with things, ND not hurt as much as one might think by their lack of goals.

I love the power rankings,,lol
I also love the Div 1 format playing everyone just once,,,Makes you bring your A game to every match.
No room for mistakes.....
Have to have a Quality bench,,and thats hard to do,,most real solid players would rather start on another team rather than sit behind anyone,,I think thats the key to success,,haveing a solid bench...
Oh and haveing the worlds top goalie......lol
