Burnaby Mens vs VMSL

I am sure this has been discussed many times on here. I am looking for a new team and am curious. Burnaby Mens division 1 is equal talent wise to what in VMSL. I know burnaby league gets a lot of hate and I am not trying to start a war between the two on here.
