TheRob: this one got torn down. it was gnarly...it didn't start tipping almost untill you reached the end. One guy I rode with did it, got near the end of it, and thinking it was a launch repositioned for a wheelie drop. Just as he pulled up the front end, the teeter gave way and droped him down. He crashed hard and tore his ACL. This is just a drop now, and not a nice one at that. About 6' to flat. Not cool. I've done it with varying degrees of sucess and failure, and now don't bother with it.
