His landing wasn't actually too bad. Saw him up at Whistler in the summer and had a coffee. He did a brake check before hitting it, which meant he landed a little off line. He basically skidded out. In normal circumstances he wouldn't brake check, because it's an easy gap for him...but given the situation, he was a little nervous.
