His landing wasn't actually too bad. Saw him up at Whistler in the summer and had a coffee. He did a brake check before hitting it, which meant he landed a little off line. He basically skidded out. In normal circumstances he wouldn't brake check, because it's an easy gap for him...but given the situation, he was a little nervous.
It isn't the size of the stunt that makes it balsy, it's the fact that he's jumping riders earning multi million dollars, and the carnage potential is bigger than
