Not quite yet but looks pretty promising for NY to get another team in MLS.

If LA can have 2, NY should be no problem especially with Pele involved.

Interesting though that this announcement comes shortly after MLS decides to "capitalize" on the momentum create in the USA by the World Cup and relaxes their grip on the purse strings.

Wasn't it the Cosmos that pretty much started the downfall of the NASL?
