Sportstown Closing - End of an Era?

Heard today that Sportstown has announced they are closing their doors in 2 months.

I think it's been known for awhile this was coming eventually as the land was being redeveloped and I guess it isn't economically feasible to buy new land and build at a new location.

Is the Sportstown Shop going to open elsewhere at a new location though?

What about TSS - or have they already transitioned out of the bubble?
