This looks awesome. Unfortunately it's only open wed-sun 12pm-6pm, so I'll have to check it out on the weekend when it's likely jam packed.

Not totally sure, but they hosted a 4v4 tournament last night and teams were coed -- 3 girls + 1 guy on at a time.

I'll post more info after I visit.

I made it down on Saturday around noon, and it was actually pretty quiet at the Underground. It's an amazing setup considering it's built in the parkade of the CBC.

I'd say it's half retail space, and half marketing showcase. They've invited local youth teams (boys + girls) down to play on the 4v4 field and try to restrict any free play time to kids as well. There is however, a hexagonal simulator where you and up to 3 friends can try to shoot a ball to hit targets that electronically appear on a wall.

Aside from boots and jerseys they also have some custom designed t-shirts for sale that are somewhat unique.

Overall, it's worth the visit.
