I know it's only been one game and it's the French league but he dominated. Messi-like imo. Taking on players all over the pitch. So exciting to watch!

I didn't want to make a new post so...

I'm heading overseas for a couple of weeks. I'm gonna watch a couple of great matches while I'm over there. :D

PSG clinched the title at home..it was great to experience that atmosphere and celebration! Mbappe with the hat trick and Neymar played 45mins in his first game back from injury since January. Neymar is silky smooth with the ball and his tricks and feints are crowd pleasing. You've never seen pace until you've seen Mbappe in real life and his runs are intelligent.

Sounds awesome. We’re you able to get Neymar to autograph a tissue or handkerchief?

Lol. I wish. Haha

At Fulham I got real close to the players as they walked on and off the pitch. Got hi fives from Zouma, Gomes and Digne. It was super cool.

At the Feynoord stadium there is a trench all around the pitch that is approximately 10' deep and 6' wide. Never going to get close to the pitch there. Alkmaar fans were chanting most of the game and ligting flares. Probably my favourite game of the trip! Also the stands are blocked off from one another. I was on the opposite side of the pitch where the players walk on and off so I tried to get there but the stands were blocked off with plexiglass!

At PSG, there's a trench behind both ends of the goals but it doesn't go all the way around the pitch, however security is tight! Armed guards outside the stadium with semi-automatic weapons. Inside, a lot of security personnel.

Our original trip had us going to watch Barcelona this coming weekend but we had to axe it. Still an awesome trip with another day to go. Maybe I can get in another training match before I go! I played in London in a scrimmage/try out for an amateur team. Had lots of fun but no legs after 8 hours of hiking on the day. Scored a tap in for 3-3. soccerjunkie

Actually that Parc des Princes is a decent sized stadium but yes, it doesn't feel you're too far away from the action.
I literally had my tickets exactly right where you were Machel in the lower 2nd tier right at the corner flag and thought there really wasn't a bad seat in the house.
That was Romania v Switzerland in 2016.
Big security then as well getting in.

Craven Cottage is an awesome ground in a neat part of London.
I had to walk in sideways and duck when I went through the turnstile to get in lol.
That's how old and cool that ground is - Very intimate.
