makes zero sense... the province of BC may well have (idiotically) decided not to prosecute possession of smaller amounts, but I didn't see them do the same for trafficking or possession for that purpose. So, while Health Canada can in theory issue a license, I don't see how this company wouldn't be immediately at risk of criminal charges were they to actually do this...
