Love it!

The player who took the PK is ultimately to blame. On every PK, you have a chance to re-set the ball on the spot. At this point, if you can't get it set the way you want, you have a chance to call the ref over. Maybe a ref would entertain placing slightly left or right, maybe not, but you have a chance to see what you're dealing with, so when you take the shot you are not caught off guard.

Like to hear what one of the TTP refs has to say on this...
