Just did my longest run in well over a year this morning, clocking in just under 6 miles in total.

Legs a bit rubbery but the Guinness is numbing that now nicely.

For those who still run, how often do you set out out for hour+ runs?

For those who still run, how often do you set out out for hour+ runs?
I run every second day, so three to four times a week, two miles minimum but not more than three miles each time. Road run and treadmill rotation. Treadmill speed at 7.5MPH and 1 degree incline. Road run with some gradual but challenging hills which I really can't stand. It had to happen, but I have a bursitis issue on left knee that has some calcification. A tad painful but tolerable.

Four times a week, 5k each time, either on the roads or on the seawall... I hate it, but it's the only thing that keeps me any semblance of fit and trim... seawall is more of a challenge than the treadmill, but roads with hills are a way better cardio builder than either... unless the geese decide to remind me who owns the park, of course...
