And so begins the slow decline of soccer...... Not a huge deal to me personally, but it just changes the nature of the game and the chance for human error which soccer eencompasses .....

C4L, utter nonsense.
The players should be the ones making the mistakes, refs will get some decisions wrong (offsides, fouls, penalties, etc) but if a goal is in, it's in.
Every other sport has accepted some form of correction or ability for the officials to get it right.
