Anyone know the dates of the first round of Provincials for this year?
I see the finals are scheduled for May 14. Last year it ran for four straight weeks but isn't there usually a break between the semis and finals?
In the past couple of years, we have seen the Master Premier Division go from 10 teams down to the current 8. Teams have been refusing promotion from Division 1, and Falconetti's has been struggling, to say the least, which leaves us with 7 competitive teams in Masters Premier.
Here's my...
Does anyone know for sure if the Masters Premier Division schedule is complete as posted one "the site"? Last games scheduled for December 4th (wtf?) or are they going to do the reasonable thing and have us play every team 3 times?
After spending a frustrating 30 minutes searching the VMSL website for information on how the VMSL Provincial Spots are allocated to no avail, and then finding the FVSL allocation info in less than a minute on their website, I thought I would start this thread.
To those who have voting power...
I thought I would start this thread so cloughie and others have a place to rant instead of filling up our results thread with off topic posts.
Here you go guys, have at it.

I just heard from my brother that Gibby from the Burnaby Canadians broke his leg or dislocated his ankle while playing for their CAT team today. Apparently it was a freak accident with no contact from our CAT player.

Portugal vs Brazil
One one tie today between these two powerhouses. I watched the game at the PCOV on commercial. They charged $10 a person to enter, nevertheless, it was packed in there, standing room only.
All in all, it was a good match to watch. Lots of chances both ways...
I just wanted to state a little known fact to all who say that the "B" side was the weaker division.
11 of our 19 points this year came against the "A" side, with wins over Serbia, Burnaby, and Metro Ford. And ties with Croatia and Argentina. We lost close one goal games to both Surrey and...
