He has the pedigree, he seems to be able to fend off the pressure from the outside (Chairmen, Federations, and Owners etc) He will have his hands full with the FA, Peter Kenyon, and most importantly Roman Abramovich I wonder if Ballack and Essien are interested in reading The Art of War by Sun Tzu....

I only know him as a national team manager so I'm very curious to see how Chelsea perform this season week in and week out. Can they maintain their consistent performances from years past?
