Game was a tale of two halves. We dominated first half and should've buried one. Went up 1-0 early in second and could've made it 2-0 but their keep made a huge save on a breakaway. They dominated the second half possession though and tied it up, then scored with 5 mins left to secure the points. Clearly they had less turkey than the rest of us, although you would think their 75 minute warm up would've tired them out. Hard fought, fairly clean game. Hats off to Royals.

Dynamo 6 - 0 SAFC Red Bulls
They came out strong to start the game and had the bulk of possession for the first 15. We held them at bay pretty well and didn't give up too many chances minus a miscalculated defensive header that rung off the crossbar and a botched cross along the back line that sent their striker in on a breakaway. Our keeper came up big otherwise that would have been a momentum changer. At about the 30min mark their keep bobbled a cross that popped out to our RM at the top of the 18 who half volleyed it home. Pretty quick after that there was a hand ball in the box and we put away the PK. 2-0 at half.
We came out very strong in the 2nd and the more they pressed the better we countered. Our two strikers played well off each other and potted four more between the two.
Clean game and a good group of guys on the other side. No chirping and clean hard tackles were met with a pat on the back afterwards. It was a new ref last night too, I thought he had a very strong game, controlled emotions and communicated well.

Yes, they agreed to play against us in a 6 pointer as we missed the first game due to that "wind storm".

With so many makeup games to play TBL and myself decided we would just make it a 6 pointer. The league accepted our request, big weekend ahead for both teams.
In maple ridge the police have other things to be concerned about

Does anyone else call bollocks on the 6 points?? Those are 3 unearned points given freely. What about other teams that are trying to get in a provincial spot. FVSL, why do you continue to make us shake our heads. It's quite unprofessional imo. You guys should be questioning that shite.

They should have asked the rest of the teams in the division if they approve at the very least.
