There's a local lawyer, Blake Bromley, who's at the heart of it all with something like 600 charities holding billions of dollars and their "charitable giving" is primarily just passing money from one to the next.
It has ties to some other local soccer folks, as I believe the technology platform used by the majority of these charities is controlled by Bromley's son and employs a couple of instructors from a well known Richmond based soccer academy.
