Interesting that RT is among the oldest HG players in the league, only 4 from 2011 class.
Don't know how you qualify a player as a legitimate player, but RT is at least what you may term a journeyman in the league, if he ever moves on.

Towards the bottom of the Wiki page there is a records table, "The following table shows the leading home grown player goal scorer by season. It also shows which club the player was with in that season, as well as the player's age at the end of that season."
Legitimate and prowess are very different things.RT is probably not what MLS wants to cite as an example of homegrown prowess...
