A couple of notes here... VMSL has at this point a reduced spot for the BCs for a now total of 5... also, VUFC AGAIN has elected to not participate in the BCs.

So we have the following teams confirmed:

BB5
Croats

That leaves the following teams fighting it out for the last 2 spots:

Chinter
West Van
PoMo
Columbus
Rovers (barely)

Chinter has 4 games remaining, I think safe to say they will grab one of the 2 spots (magic number is 2 points)
West Van needs a win in their final match vs Rovers and they also clinch. Pomo's hopes lie in the Trollups losing that game, beating BB5 in their last match and both Columbus and Rovers to not win out each their remaining 2 games... this would force a playoff between West Van and Pomo.

Columbus has Croatia and Westside remaining
Rovers have West Van and BB5 remaining

At the other end of the table, Coastal needs all 3 points vs Chinter to have any hope in forcing a relegation playoff game vs Westside (and hope Westside loses vs Columbus).

What we know

Chinter & Trollups grab the last 2 BC spots.

Coastal have made things interesting at the bottom of the table pulling even with Westside on points... we could see a relegation playoff this Spring.

And at the top, BB5 has finally caught MetroFord to pull even on points with a match in hand - the title is theirs to lose now.

BB5 now just needs a point from their remaining 2 games to avoid a league title playoff game (I'm assuming that would be the procedure / process for league title)... first opportunity is tonight vs Chinter.

CMF lost form at the worst possible time. They got bounced from the Imperial cup semifinals and then had 2 draws to close their league campaign. Hopefully they can sort themselves out for Provincials as they are likely finishing 2nd and will be the only VMSL team on the bottom half of the draw.

The golden boot race is also down to the wire. Farivar needs 2 goals in the last 2 games to pull even with Basso.
