Yes this one should be a classic late season VMSL game. Both teams hurt, suspended, injured etc. Should be another in a series of fun commutes in the rain to Poco during Friday rush hour on Hwy 1 tomorrow eve though!

West van 3-0 win

WV were full value for their win last night. They wanted it way more than we did, and it was a bit of an embarrassing performance. Corners were 15-1 in the first half. Possession 70/30 and that's being generous to us. Their keeper made a few great saves, as did ours. Referee was reasonable. Fair result. It will be an early exit from the provincials if we play like that.

Richmond did not roll over by any means. It could have go either way. We were down 1-0 after 25 min. Tom had to come up with some great saves throughout. 2 late goals flattered Sapp.

For Sapp, it comes down to PoCo beating Romania in the cup semi for us to have a chance at provincials. Unless Westside wins a meaningless game for them in the final game of the season vs WV - which we do not want it to come down to.

Looks like Poco will not break the points record for a new team to the league, but hopefully they will do much better than what happened that year when the record holders went out in the first round of the BCs.

It took Sapp a few years to recover from that PK loss.
