I have a mate who has a mate who is tying the knot this weekend in Vegas and he's off as his 'best man' for a 4 day debacle in the City of sin. So, having said that ...... it's his first time there and needs to know where the best places are to go whether it's for a pint, a show or whatever. I've given him a few suggestions but I've only been twice myself. Once I don't remember.

It's his 'stag' on the Friday night so it's just him and his mate ripping the strip to shreds.

Suggestion?

Ra is always a good night at the Luxxor.

Buddies went a few weeks ago and they hit the Palms and had a really good night, but a tad expensive.

Going to the Old Downtown is good as it is cheaper for evrything than on the strip. they have a few quality "dancing" establishments but not sure if they want do that sort of thing  They also have a sketchy bar/casino that serves 156 (last time iwas there) types of beer. Good times in trying to finish that list.

Quite frankly every time i've gone to Vegas it really hasn't mattered where we have gone. We've always had a good time and enjoyed ourselves. The real question is have they booked quality time off for there liver afterwards.

Cheetahs.
Dirty, dirty, dirty. :D
That would be a Friday night venue.
The Crazy Horse II is also another fine venue to empty your wallet.
Don't go to those glitzy gentlemen clubs as they are over rated dumps of shite.
Not that I ever frequent these places...

The Club at the top of the Rio is awesome.
I can't remember it's name though.
Really cool to have a Scotch and a cigar way up there and look over the city.
And also take in other sights in the club.
 again...

If you like shows, Mystere by Cirque du Soleil at Treaure Island (or TI as it's now called) is a pretty cool couple of hours if you're into that sort of thing.
'O' (I think) at Bellagio is another Cirque production, but it's usually perpetually sold out.

The club at the Palms is where all the NBA guys go, so if you're into 7 feet black guys, that club is the place. :p

I'm off on the 29th for my annual retreat - Can't wait.

I've heard they have an awesome maul there. Is the Sigfreid and Roy show still playing?

Jeez, the last half of your post has me a little worried RF. Your wife gave you those insights, right? Right?!?!

Re: Awesome Maul

I'm actually staying at the Mirage Dap, which is where the S&R theatre is.
I'm sure the new show will have me in 'stitches'.

Listen, just because I like to watch two German homosexuals with Tigers and shows like 'O' and 'Mystere', what are you worried about?
The Celine Dion show at Caesars I've advanced purchased tickets on.

Dap just reminded me about if and when you do take your wife there.
I know, who the fcuk brings their wife to Vegas?
That's about as laughable as a camera on a stag.
But, if you do, bring sedatives.
You can tell her the 'desert air' makes people sleepy at night there.

Unfortunately, yes, she told me about the Palms. :(

PS KNVB - The golf is also good there, but EXPENSIVE.
Round at Bali Hai at Mandalay Bay - $375 US.
Fcuking stupid.
