according to dutch mates Van means from the or of the, like Van Nistelrooj, Maybe nistelrooj is a river or lake or something...

Is it bad that my mom (half Dutch, half German) called to rub it in? I meant Van Bronkhurst. I'd take Grosso any day.
The Dutch did look good. That second goal, transition up the park and all... was outstanding.
That first goal was way offside and really hurt the Italians.
They had to start pushing a bit to tie it up and got caught on the counter.
Hate to say it, but if that was called back,.. maybe a different game??
Not taking anything away from the Dutch though... they looked good on all levels.
AND the best game yet of the tourney. Italy did muster up a few chances, but no finish.
I do beleive they will beat Romania and France to go through.
