Well...not great...but not horrible! Made me jump out of my seat...literally about 4 or 5 times!! My friend who I was with almost dumped her popcorn at one time because it scared the shite out of her.

Definately worth the rental, but don't spend the coin in the theatres!!

I agree Striker.

It's a hybrid of Sixth Sense and The X-Files. I was a bit dispointed at first when the 'explanation' was revealed, but when it was, it was done reasonably well. Some cool FX help it along (particularly the car crash -- one of the best I can remember seeing) and Julianne Moore is pretty good throughout.

If you rent it on DVD, try comparing the original ending with the alternate ending -- distinctly different emotions play in each.
