Games start tomorrow in Halifax.

Women play in the morning vs Alberta, men don't play until Thursday vs Manitoba.

Ladies drew Alberta 1-1 this morning... take on Saskatchewan tomorrow who lost to Manitoba today 2-0.

On the mens side, Manitoba won today 3-0 so BC needs to get a result tomorrow...

GL to the boys! A week filled with ice baths, gatorade, carb loading and using your bench as much as you can. Last year Quebec was definitely the class of the tournament, will be interesting how it shakes out. They only need to come top 2 out of 3 to advance to Quarters. I still find it amazing how in B.C. there is so much parity in the VMSL Prem with any of the top 7 could win BC's. I.e. Peg (6th in league, 2nd National Final) That cannot be said in other provinces where they tend to stack 1-2 clubs to compete.

I predict Niall Thompson arrives on a red-eye flight to score a hat-trick in the final.

2004 North Shore Pegasus = the 1972 Dolphins, we all gather at this time of year to root for the other provinces.

Ladies beat Saskatchewan 3-1

Men beat Manitoba 1-0

Both looking good right now to move on (men more so than ladies due to tourney layout)

There was no team named North Shore Pegasus in 2004. Regs you sure you are not talking about Pegasus FC ?

Great to see all 5 SU teams doing well at Nationals all undefeated. U-14 girls winning by a big margin today and U16 boys winning yesterday & today. I believe SUFF just need a tie tom to move on to quarter finals.

Where is Kinsmen Stadium? Where is Mahon Park?

Men lost this morning 3-2 to PEI

3-way tie in the group but BC goes through to the knock-out rounds as the "second" seed from the group based on goal differential.

North Shore Pegasus beat PEI 6-0 I think in 2004.

PEI? Yikes - they have a population of about 140,000 on 64 square miles of land. Surrey has almost 4 times the population and twice the land area. Surrey United's club is bigger than PEI.

Ladies pulled off a 4-0 win over PEI

They finish off the group round tomorrow morning vs Manitoba and looks like they are going to need to pump in the goals in order to get through to the Gold medal match

I agree, it's about time for his first one. Ive not seen anything clever since the 2004 Peg side played out of Mahon.

For clarification There wasn't any North Shore Pegasus it was just Pegasus FC and Surrey Youth had the rights to this team since 98 and changed the name from NS Peg to just Peg. Regs has something personal with Peg and saying the wrong name on purpose. If you look at previous comments from years ago regs is supporting Peg himself. Dont let this fool confuse you.

North Shore Pegasus was a great team back in the day, I agree with you 100% - I can picture Kinsmen Stadium like it was yesterday.

CV, @Regs is a Peg hater. He has been ever since his Gorge team beat them in the 02' finals. What was the name of the ref that helped them out? Nomis something? The game was right off Lonsedale.
