Congrats, Robbie Keane. Would have congratulated you in person like your old chum. Flights to Macedonia are a bitch, however.

Poor Kenny Miller doesn't like Turkey. Looks like Cardiff is in ahead of Rangers 400k bid. Carlos Cuellar is another Ally is looking to bring back.

Question, do RFC have a scouting department?

RF,you know how I feel about you. But now that the love in is over with national team duty this past weekend it is back to club play. :p

Truth be told I was also tired of reading about Whitecap v Man City and U12 Gold Conference Cup Replay's.

Good start for Moisty earning a point at home against Hearts. He apparently even sat in the stands a la the man of dignity, Sir Walter. :D I wonder if he was wearing brown brogues.

Though it is early in the season, Celtic NEED To take advantage of such a slip-up at home with a win tomorrow against Hibs. Should be tough but I'm going 3 - 1 for the Bhoys.

I just read that Setanta has picked up the LIVE TV rights for the SPL... supposedly this means most games will be shown LIVE (when no conflicts with EPL games that Setanta airs) and others will be shown same-day delay which I've heard is better than the past which gave a 2-3 day delay.

Now if Shaw Cable could only add Setanta HD (Shaw Direct and Bell I believe just added it), all will be good...

Just received a DVD from the United supporter here at work who has Setanta and taped the two Old Firm matches for me.

Seems so weird talking about the League in friggin July...

A good Champions League campaign for Moisty and the Bears. It is a shame that Bougherra finished his last game with a red card......something he should have been given in many more of the games he played. Congratulations on losing to Malmo, Moisty.

This is similar to Celtic losing to Bratislava in 2005........5-4 on aggregate. :)

it's a shame... haven't had a chance to watch it yet. however from what I read Rangers were either very unlucky with poor officiating or lost the plot with Whittaker and Bougherra getting sent off.

JBN, I just watched both of the sendings off......and they were easy. Bougherra straight elbow to the face and Whittaker threw the ball at a player. Here is a picture of Whittaker after his sending off. Rott Kort is Swedish for Red Card. :D

I'll try and post the videos. :)

Right, what I read was that Malmo were very lucky at the end of the first half to not have their guy sent off, just the beeb saying that on the text updates.

Yes, JBN, and Edu could/should have been sent off for a retaliatory elbow. Lack of discipline cost your team and Moisty said as much in his post match interviews. Scotland is shite when it comes to Europe.....Rangers 1 win in their last 23 European CL games........for a whopping 4% winning percentage.......not good. Celtic is as bad

Bougherra's is a clumsy challenge because he's caught two steps behind on the flick.
Yellow card tops IMHO.

But Stevie Whittaker's red is fcuking diabolical.
He cost us the 1st game and this one as far as I'm concerned.

As someone chimed in on the beeb 'All is forgiven Bursaspor'.

Gutted,
RF
