Anyone else catcht the standing ovation that the fans in Montreal gave Saku Koivu tonight? Fcuking Brilliant.............went for at least 5 minutes I'd guess Watching that I bet a few people wouldn't mind playing there right about now!! First class all the way.

not only first class for their standing ovation given to their captain but also a great move in signing such a classy player like dougy gilmour. Killer will fit in perfect to the habs system. He'll definetaly help out the young guys and T.O. and Ottawa missed out on a cheap sign. The habs got him for 1.8 mil but he was willing to sign for 1.2 with the leafs or sens.

Dear Hammerhead....

Through the last couple of years HABS fans have been at the bottom of the pile. This year the team hopes to turn things around. With a good solid team and starting the season undefeated the HABS look to grab either the 7th or 8th playoff spot in the east. That would surely bring some HABS fans out of the closet.

Have you seen the team Montreal has this year. They are a solid squad with at least three possibly four descent lines. Especially with the signing of Doug Gilmore. I think you will see the hab fans emerge from the bottom of the pile.
