I can't think of one all star game in any sport that I've ever enjoyed....well outside of the National Five Pin All Star Classic that is, and there's no fan voting in that one, strictly statstical in determining players.

I don't think so, I seem to remember a year recently where a team didn't have anyone. Florida, Atlanta, Nashville, one of those teams I think.
