Who is running this league this year? The season at 8 Rinks has been cut to 8 games for field repair. Any room for new teams?

My Team is in the Same boat, I represent D Rex FC, we are near the top of DIV 4 co-ed and last year finished 2nd in league and lost in the finals, we plan to head up to DIV 3 co-ed indoor.
