I saw them on the Death Magnetic tour back in 2008, and it was a great show. Unlike most arena shows that are setup at one end, these guys have a stage right in the centre that means everyone has a good seat (although it's less than ideal for making a pit on the floor). They have lots of pyro going and they do a decent job of mixing older songs in with the newer stuff.

If you are a Metallica fan and haven't seen them live before you should definitely go!

Huge stage set up and huge price tag. Would be nice to see them again, but can't afford the tix.

Biggest stage ever.....only 2 shows in Canada.

Saw them in '87 for the And Justice for All tour, and it was freaking amazing. Saw them again four years later for the Black Album tour, and it was terrible.

Not sure I'd spend money to see them now.

I took my son last night (they were filming a 3D movie) and I have to say, that was the most insane concert I've ever been to.

Truly outstanding and I'm not a big Metallica fan. They really put on an awesome show and they sounded excellent. Their fans came from all over for this and they were nutters.

I went Friday night and I think they were as good as when I last saw them in the 90's. What a concert! And yes the nutter factor was a 10.....brilliant. Great pics!
