Passed on doing what he loved ,unfortunatly he was playing a
game for the Victoria athletics oldtimers when he headed a ball
and didnt feel right so he came off only to pass out from the blow
Apparently he had ablood clot and later deid.
I will miss Bill and all the road trips I was fortunate to go on with
there squad as a guest referee.
