    So very tragically sad.

I've just heard that the local football community did indeed lose one of its members though Dude, not sure if Kenny told you that.

An accomplished Valley player and one that I had the privilege of playing with in the Scotland program at the Nations Cup.

My sincerest condolences to his family, friends and the Abby PD.

    RIP JD.

Terrible. No, he didn't mention he was a footballer, just mentioned he was a friend, and good guy. These guys train their whole lives for a situation like this, and I'm sure most never have to even draw their pistol around here. Makes you thankful for the training and bravery to leap into that action.

    RIP.

So apparently John was also an active member of the Cops for Cancer Team; a lot of my R2S teammates rode with him in that event.

So the public lost a genuinely really good, active member of the fundraising and awareness community, too. So very sad.
