So fcuked up the shoulder and thought it was from overuse (age related is what I figured) so took a break from lifting routine... that was mid-April and haven't lifted since. Sad part is the shoulder is still fcuked and I'm leaning towards I've done my rotator cuff as reaching out or up for something sends a quick sharp pain down my arm. Sucks.
Weight-wise, steady at 190/191 for the last 2 months. I'll get back into it once the Summer is done along with our home move quickly coming up.
Side note: buyers of our house insisted on all exercise equipment be included in the deal - treadmill, rower, bench, all free weights... gonna be shopping again soon, do not want to balloon back up anytime soon
