Well, what happens Ghouse, is , when your team wins or loses, they keep track of it and put them in a fancy table format with the rest of the teams of which they do the same. You get points for wins and ties, and no points for losses.
As the season progresses your points are used to rank you in what is called "The Standings".

Most normal people are in bed for work the next day by the 10pm finish of the game.
Expect it to happen every week you play at home.
