Step 2:
Make sure it's under 25kb in size.

"But how do I do that?" you ask.

Right click on the image and select properties.

Done. Way bigger than 25 killowatts. How do I shrink it? It is jpeg.

Step 3:
This will bring up a window telling all sorts of wonderful things about your picture, including how large it is in kb (short for kilobytes).

As you can see, this photo is a wee bit too big, so it'll have to be reduced a bit in size using one of many available programs (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, etc.). For help on this task, read Dude's upcoming self-help book "How to Shrink Images for Dummies".

Browse for your image at the bottom of your post.

And select it from the appropriate location (being careful not to mess with the Schwarzenegger sound board you use to mock the telemarketers).

You'll see your selected image and associate "path" listed in the blank space where you browsed for it.
