Simply a glorious day at Whistler yesterday. After the rains of the weekend I decided to head up and meet Dude on Monday. thedude also joined us for a couple of runs. We started off on A-Line where I bottomed my shock out on the first lip and almost died on the second. Things go much better from there though.
By noon, the Fitz chair and most of the old school runs(Shleyer, Upper Joyride, National DH)were open and the fun began. Sheyler was in great shape.
Dirt Merchant and A-Line were the usual traffic jams. Dirt Merchant is a great trail though. Love the step ups on there.
Dude had enough at around 3pm but I kept riding. Got three more runs and and one launch over the bars.
Can't wait to go back for some more riding and GREAT eye candy. I love Whistler.
