Didier Drogba going to Montreal

Apparently Drogba wanted no part of Chicago and Montreal is set to pay him $3M per year.

Expensive for those older legs but man what an awesome fit for Drogba being a cosmopolitan French speaking city with a great organization and stadium, and ownership that wants to succeed.

Good for the Impact but not sure he'll deliver...
This may have shades of Henry and Beckham's later days where you've got these older guys out there putting bums in the seats and selling jerseys, but not really doing on the field what you were hoping they should be.
