Dead Celebs Still Reaping

They say that your fingernails, toenails and hair continue to grow after death, but it's not true. What is true is that many wealthy celebrities continue to rake in the cash even after their demise. Forbes Magazine has published its annual list of "Top-Earning Dead Celebrities."

Topping the list, again, is Elvis Presley (both fat and thin versions) -- followed the usual expired subjects who've been churning at the top of the list since its birth in 2001: Charles M. Schultz, John Lennon, and Theodore "Dr. Seuss" Geisel. This year, however, Andy Warhol has shot up to replace J.R.R. Tolkien (now that the "Lord of the Rings" movies are past their peak-earnings stage) in the Top Dead Five.

Marilyn Monroe still ranks among Forbes' "Lucky 13," although she has been dead the longest. Here's the list, followed by expiration date:
