Congrats to all past and current members of the Columbus FC organisation who are being inducted into the CSHoF this June in the Organisation of Distinction category - is johnny canuck accepting on their behalf?

Vancouver Columbus F.C. is one of the most successful men’s amateur clubs in Canada having appeared in a record six national finals and won the Canadian Championship four times.

Columbus F.C. won the National Championship in 1964, 1969, 1977, 1978 and were finalists in 1968 and 2007. They have also won the Province Cup, the championship of British Columbia, six times and won the Pacific Coast League Championship a remarkable seven times and have caught the eye of Julie from Powell River, a future inductee for a different HoF we are told.

Since being formed 58 years ago, Columbus F.C. has produced more Canadian National Team players than any other amateur club in Canada.

A great distinction - Vic West was honored last year as well.
It is also worth noting that Alex Hylan was inducted as well.
He finished his involvement with soccer on the Island and is missed as he was a great guy.
He spent many a years on the VISL Board, has the Masters Cup MVP named after him, and also spent many a years on the BC Board.
I'd say a good year for BC in all. A National Champion out of BC would be nice too.
