McCann for Juolevi is possible, Montreal needs better forwards we need D that can step in like Hutten. You will see lots of moves this summer. Younger Subben could be part of the trade. Might be more than McCann an Juolevi. Both clubs need more in scoring areas.
I do know that Benning thinks Juolevi can step in as third or fourth D.

I would be OK with moving McCann for another dman piece, especially if we get Dubois in the draft - no room then for McCann I don't think moving forward?

Canucks are trying to land Jake Caggiula kid fro college. Small forward 5'10'' 185 lbs with hard nose for play. Size ????.
Last thing I heard it's between Canucks, Phili and Edmonton. I still think Oksanen is a better bet for NH very strong defensive hard nose player.
Chasing for something new might cost us one more year with out play-offs.

Jake wet to Edmonton, good they can have all the small guys. I hope Linden adds Oksanen.

I wonder who Benning and Linden will go after next from college free agents? There is only few left, most of them got a team. I would love to see Trev give one of the over age kids in WHL or OHL or QMJHL a chance. That Bow kid in Seattles goal looks good, plays well, Same for Jon Martin big strong winger. Or Jerret Smith seattle D, I like how well he plays on third line on D guy would fit well.
Most college kids are after teams that have high chance of doing well next year.
It almost makes me laugh how hard it to sign one of them.

McCann to Florida plus a second and fourth round pick for Gudbranson and a fifth round pick

Gudbranson has 1 year left at 3.5M

We just got Godbranson from Florida. Good move by the club guys. McCann and second and fourth the other way. Florida gave us fifth back with Godbranson.
Big strong guy on D is much needed. He will be one of top four. Say buy to Vrbata, Higgens,Hamie Edler,Weber and Biega. Halo Godbranson,Pedan,Larson Traymakin, Tenev Hutten and Spisa. Russel might be added. WD knows Russel well guy blocks shot like mad. Could be good.

Canucks also added Tom Nilsson a Toronto 4 round pick in 2011,pay back time for Corado. Nilsson is a 6" 185LBS a second Sweed this year added. As much as I like Sweeds I think Benning should give one or two Canadian kids jobs. Nilsson is no better than Colton Babyk or Allan Carol. Both bigger and stronger players. Some of these GM's think that grass is greener over there. In my opinion our kids are stronger and better.

Regs D is fine but our club has bigger problems scoring goals. Passing on good forward is in my opinion big problem down the road. Adding forth line players will not match-up with Ducks La,Sharks and Calgary. If Edmonton gets going we will be there in five years maybe.

First pick 2016 D man we have got, I just cant see him in the fall lineup. LW was three times more needed. Here is our fall team. Twins and Eriksson line one, Sutter Hansen Zalewski line two,Bo.Sven and Gaunce line three,Burrows might push out Gaunce. Granland Dorsett Virtinen line four Etem might push out guys for third line spot. D Tenev Hutten line one, Edler Larson line two, Gudbranson Tryamkin line three,Pedan line four with Biega. in my opinion our D is way better than last year.
If Zalewski can score with Sutter an Hansen we are OK. I hope club goes after Hampus Sjodhl LW with ability to score. He was in Ducks cam this summer, I am not sure Ducks will have a spot for him, one of the New York teams head Lukas Lofquist in the camp also a LW Canucks should add if at all possible.
