maybe the biological reality is that womens' bodies aren't quite as up to handling the rigor of all that's involved in playing a sport at the professional level, at least in terms of intensity and duration...

Actually he works for the other vertically integrated Canadian media conglomerate. You know the one who pretends to care about mental health with a day of fund raising, and then does mass layoffs a week later. I'm sure they are way above anticompetitive behavior.
