What is the breakdown on spots if it is 24 teams now?

Deltadodger, I believe it goes like this

VMSL -7 spots
Richmond soccer league - 2 spots
Burnaby Mens Soccer League - 4 spots
FVSL - 5 (?)
VISL - 6 (?)

for both the Fraser Valley and Island those numbers could be flip flopped. I also have heard that next year BC soccer want's to introduce a B Provincial cup. The A provincial would only include the VMSL , FVSL and VISL premier team with the winner still going top the Western's.

For this year the 5 league winners from each league, plus 3 random draws from the remaining 19 teams to get a bye in the first round. Remaining 16 teams to play the 1st round, week of April 8/9. Then a break for Easter long weekend. Tournament to resume April 22/23.
