There should not be teams from same league
Playing each other in first round
Some of the top Vmsl teams played each other too early and this
Left low level valley teams with a chance
I hope who ever is the winner this season shows some class and good sportsmanship

If I have followed along correctly, the teams in tonight's draw should be:

VMSL
Rovers Tiger - VMSL Champions
Pegasus FC - VMSL Runners Up
West Van FC
Croatia SC - Imperial Cup Runners Up
Club Inter - Defending Provincial Cup Champions
Rino's Tigers - Imperial Cup Champions

The qualified teams are the top six in league placing as both Imperial Cup finalists were among these teams. Rino's Tigers are making their debut in the competition. The VMSL is looking to win the title for an eighth year in a row; the league has only failed to lift this championship on four occasions since dating back to 1985. They will hope the draw provides better luck than last season when six of their seven entrants were drawn against each other in the first round.

FVSL
Coastal FC - FVSL Champions; SC Cup Champions
Surrey Utd. Firefighters - FVSL Runners Up; Pakenham Cup Runners Up
Langley Utd. - SC Cup Runners Up
Port Moody Gunners
Aldergove United - Pakenham Cup Winners; Defending Provincial Cup Runners Up

Port Moody qualify in fourth place as SC Cup Champions Coastal FC were already qualified. Aldergrove's Pakenham Cup win qualifies them after finishing in sixth place in the league standings at the expense of Abbotsford United. The FVSL had one of it's most successful seasons on record in last season's competition as they had two teams reach the semi-finals and Aldergrove Utd. finished as runners up. The FVSL has never won the Provincial Cup.

VISL
Cowichan FC - VISL Champions
Vic West FC - VISL Runners Up
Nanaimo Utd.
Lakehill FC - Jackson Cup Runners Up
Gorge FC - Jackson Cup Champions

Gorge FC qualify as Jackson Cup champions after finishing in sixth place in the league standings at the expense of Westcastle Utd. The VISL has been granted an extra qualification place this year and they are looking to bounce back after a season that saw only one of their teams advance past the first round. Gorge FC is the only non-VMSL club to win the Provincial Cup since Vic West had a era of dominance winning five titles in six seasons during the early 1980's. Gorge FC won the title in 2001, 2002, 2008 and 2010.

Do your lips and tongue ever get tired from the continued attempts to bury up the ass of the VMSL?

Whoa shots fired...

On the contrary I'd suggest I'm one of the few voices trying to continue to bring the FVSL into the conversation.

As for the history, stats and facts, well there's nothing I can do about those...

It's not shots fired, I'm just suggesting that if the VMSL were a dude entertaining a hooker, you'd be the hooker's mouth. That's all. I still love your write ups, so nothing personal.

Is the VMSL hypothetically a dude or a @Dude entertaining a hooker?

Same question applies to the hooker, is s/he also a dude or a @Dude or maybe a dudette?

If Connor Hildebrant transferd to any one of the top 7 Vmsl prem teams he would have played with a much higher level of players
With excellent passing

I didn't know my comment would cause so much butt hurt among TTPs other 3 posters. Again, no offense intended, but @Canucks4Ever 's lips have something on them.
