So my friend in Ontario just won the Classics Cup, and I guess the women do a single National championship instead of the East/West split, which means they're coming out here to play. However, for some reason they were told that they will be playing in Surrey. Is something up with Empire? Or have they been given bad info?

Doesn't look like it, does it? I'm impressed @cerebral smallsy knew back in early September who the four participating clubs are, given that the CSA schedule webpage still only lists two of them.

Still haven't figured out which women's clubs are participating. Phénix Québec des Rivières (QC) and FCR Regina (SK) are listed. Coquitlam Metro Ford will represent BC thanks to their provincial cup win. Ontario, Manitoba and Alberta reps still unknown. Perhaps @dezza could let us know which club his friend plays for.

I'm looking to get out there on Saturday for the Alberta match.

FWIW, the Excellent site has had a blurb up since late last week... no mention on BCSoccer that I can find though I understand they sent an email out to all the adult leagues asking them to promote to their members.

Every year it seems there is this let down in promoting the GAME and supporting the senior teams representing our province. It sucks really, why it has to be this way is beyond me.
