AMENDMENTS TO RULES AND REGULATIONS
Section 14 – Masters’ Divisions – PAST SEASON (2014-15)
14.1 For the 2014-2015season, players born in 1979 and older will be allowed to play in the Masters’ Over 35 Divisions.
14.2 Each team except teams in the Over 40s Division will be allowed to register 3 underage players for the 2014-2015 season. These players must be born in 1980, 1981 or 1982. These players will be allowed to participate in regular league play as well as league cup play. However, they will not be allowed to participate in the Provincial Cup competition. For 2014-15, teams in the Over 40s Division will be allowed to register up to 1 player born in 1975 or 1976. This is the final year in which an underage player is permitted in o 40’s play.
14.3 There will be 4 Masters’ Divisions: Premier Division, Division 1, Division 2, and Over 40s. The following promotion/relegation system will be in effect: the two bottom teams from the Premier Division will be relegated to Division 1, while the two top teams from Division 1 will be promoted to the Premier Division;
a) The two bottom teams from Division 1 will be relegated to Division 2.
b) The two top teams from Division 2 will be promoted to Division 1;
c) The two bottom teams from Division 2 will be relegated to Division 3.
d) The two top teams from Division 3 will be promoted to Division 2.
Relegation and promotion from and to the Over 40s Division will be determined at a future point as necessary. Teams in Masters Premier and Division 1 are entitled to enter the Masters A Cup. Teams in Masters Division 2, 3 and Over 40s are entitle to enter the Masters B Cup.
14.4 The CAT system will not be in effect in the Masters’ Divisions except for the Over 40s Division. Over 40s players will be allowed to play in league games with a club affiliated team in Masters Premier, Division 1or 2 but not the other way around.

14.1 For the 2015-2016 season, players born in 1980 and older will be allowed to play in the Masters’ Over 35 Divisions.
14.2 Each team in the Over 35 Divisions will be allowed to register 3 underage players. These players must be born in 1981, 1982 or 1983. These players will be allowed to participate in regular league play as well as league cup play. However, they will not be allowed to participate in the Provincial Cup competition.
For 2015-16, teams in the Over 40s Division will be allowed to register up to 1 player born in 1976.
For 2016-17 and beyond the Over 40 Divisions will become and be renamed the Over 45 Divisions. In 2016-17, 5 underage players will be allowed per team who are all at least 40. In 2017-18, only 4 underage players will be allowed who are at least 41. The final state will be reached in 2018-19 when all players must be over 45 except for 3 players per team who are either 42, 43, or 44.
14.3 There will be 3 Over 35 Divisions: Premier Division, Division 1, Division 2, and 2 Over 40s Dvisions, Premier Division and Division 1. The following promotion/relegation system will be in effect for both Over 35 Divisions and Over 40 Divisions: the two bottom teams from the Premier Division will be relegated to Division 1, while the two top teams from Division 1 will be promoted to the Premier Division. In Over 35 Divisions, the two bottom teams from Division 1 will be relegated to Division 2 and the two top teams from Division 2 will be promoted to Division 1.
Teams in Over 35 Premier and Division 1 are entitled to enter the Masters A Cup. Teams in Over 35 Division 2 and Over 40s Premier and Division 1 are entitled to enter the Masters B Cup.
