Victor was elected as President over Don Newman of Sask, and Charlie was elected to the CSA Board.
The previous CSA President (Maestracci) withdrew at the last minute, probably after checking with everyone and learning he would get few votes and be embarassed. Victor had been endorsed and supported by BCSA and by the national soccer alumni group.
Charlie had announced that he was running for the CSA and would not run again for BCSA. The BCSA elections are in June and there is one declared candidate for the President of BCSA and that is Roger Barnes of Richmond.
Roger has worked hard for BCSA in his 2 years on the BCSA Board. Before that Roger was instrumental in saving Richmond youth soccer after the previous leadership at Richmond stole a couple hundred thousand.
