I agree with the group of death....I see the other divisions very easy to pick 2 from IMHO

Im really liking Group G for the group of death. Ivory Coast was one of my favorite teams to watch last WC, lots of skill and speed, was awesome footy to watch. I believe Spain, Germany and Italy will walk thru the group stage easily but Group G will be some great games to watch. Hopefully the time change isn't that bad and we can watch some games at decent hours. Can't wait till june 2010:wa::D

The World Clock – Time Zones

They are 10 hours ahead (and not sure if they do daylight savings or not). So, evening games will be good mid-morning watching, but afternoon games will be a shite.

Good for all us home-based workers :p

I just need to get the anti-glare TV screen and set it up on the porch

Netherlands top of group perfect record.
Denmark Top of Group easy over Portugal.
Japan Top of Asia first to Qualify.
Camaroon Always strong top of group.

Brazil great but second in Qualifying Group.
Ivory Coast Top of Group.
Korea DPR sleeper expect an upset.
Portugal squeeked in over Bosnia.

Group E is the group of death. all good teams. Each with a shot to advance.
Group G is easy to predict. Brazil ,Ivory Coast to advance.

Games will be 430, 700 and 1130 PST. basing this on espnsoccernet that lists all games on their site in EST.

Really no true group of Death, last world cup Holland Argentina Ivory Coast and Serbia, thats a Group of Death!

Poor South Africa, as a host country the second round is possible because of the seeds, hello Korea and Japan, but to draw Mexico right away then France is rotten luck.

I hope USA does some damage, not because I like them but it seems to really upsets the soccer purists.

Holland Brasil final and the Dutch finally get thier trophy.

Right. I can understand Brasil in the final, but Holland winning it? Really?

Why not? It was only two years ago that they demolished France and Italy in the Euros. If you look at lineups it should be Spain Holland but one of them will **** it up, I'm hoping Spain is the one that chokes

ps the poor swiss are going to think they are in an olympic diving competition

De Oranje will need to sort out their always dodgey defending as a unit in these tourneys if they want to win it.

It's all about discipline. See Italy (as much as it pains me to say it)

Nobody in this tourney has the skill on an individual basis as the Dutch... perhaps only the Brasilians...
