Question for the masses. It seems like the local Scottish community has produced some very fine soccer players. They dominate at all groups of the Nation's Cup. Why doesn't the Scottish National Team enjoy such success? Why don't they just recruit from the Lower Mainland?

Could it be that the pool of players to pick from is a larger inventory seeing that everyone seems to have a little Scottish in them? I mean, I married a Scottish gal, so my son will be able to play for Scotland in the tourney one day. Oh my! What a dilemma this could present? It's pretty scary, my kid can already understand what Tommy McQuaid is muttering when he's had a few in the beer garden. Of course, I have to towel him off after the discussion. The lad fits right in, and Scotland may benefit one day. The winning ways will continue. :( :D

Hey SC - did Birch or Cedar end up carrying you out since GG & I weren't the ones...?? :D
Yeah, thanks for taking off Spazz. You guys were my support system until you left. Good thing for other people's loose shirts and guidence. Hopefully my cleanse will last longer than 4 hours, hey Cappy?

Ballbabylicious, if you made it to the Beave you wouldn't have made it past the dance floor...It was being blocked by the Captain and his mirror. :D

Ballbaby,

The young lady and I were talking football. I was never the young lady's teacher, just the coach. Usually people look into the eyes of the person you're speaking to. Usually. BTW, thanks for sending your hair dresser and her mate down to embarrass me. For the record, my eyes are not emerald green. Please get your facts straight. You still didn't answer my question about the waxing though? :)

Laser Hair...and growth hormone

Just so you all know Ballbaby is the sickly one on the right. Doesn't seem so hairy to me.

Another super weekend. Congrats to the O-30s Champs Scotland. It's great to play with a good bunch of lads that know how to turn it up a notch when our backs are to the wall (I said wall, not Greeks ;) ). Well done. :)

My only complaint would be that playing late each day gave me just a couple of hours in the garden. When you combine the short time with a vanishing beer ticket lady (gone shortly after 8:00) and an eager pair of nazi cops more than happy to see to it that things are shut down at 9:00, well, it could have been better.

BTW Aves, charity can get to fukc and quit using our pints for raising money.  Two pints for $5.00 is written in stone, one of the two that belonged to some guy called Moses. :D

Champion Again, Silver Fox

Shite Porn Star, who is that on the far right? I'm thinking she was in the beer garden on Saturday, but didn't make an appearance on Sunday

You two look like a gay man's dream... I truly hope you got some colour ;)

Seriously, it was HOT beer and I have K-Vale 7 to thank for that. But when you're broke, you can't be picky about the things you consume. Although 10W30 motor oil is not recommended. The container actually looks like a Kaluha bottle and usually oil is not kept in the back pocket of the passenger seat.

Captain

You do have a point there captain...motor oil is usually not kept in the back pocket of a passenger seat. But it does bring up an interesting question, is Kahlua usually kept in the back pocket of a passenger seat? You know when you see little kids and they see something interesting and kind of just stick it in their mouth to check it out. That's kind of what you did, did you even look at it. Just opened the hatch and let 'er rip! So funny. Although I'm not sure what made me laugh harder, that or your detached right-retina. What a bunch of idiots. :D

Points well taken, K-Vale 7. We are basically a bunch of idiots, some bigger idiots than others. It was just a reflex. You have no drink in your hand and see something that resembles a bottle of liquor. Drink it. Simple and disgusting. Yes, the mirror in the parking lot when we were trying to get our story straight was absolutely priceless. We must have changed it about 5 times while trying to finish the hot beer. Cheers again to everyone for some quality laughs.......:)

Cappy,
I haven't forgotten about the retina...It's too bad that a certain Irishman took the instrument away from you on the dance floor.
The prop actually made you look better...
